The Bell-State Procurement Loophole: Why Your Vendor's KPIs Might Be Entangled

procuremententanglementcompliance

Procurement teams across the Fortune 500 have begun noticing a strange phenomenon: certain vendors' quarterly KPIs match the client's KPIs to within 0.1% — often before the client has reported. Some procurement professionals find this concerning. We are here to assure them that it is, in fact, a feature of any vendor on the Boson Pro tier.

The mechanism is Entanglement Engagement™. Vendor and client KPIs are prepared in a Bell state. When either is measured, both are determined. No information flows; only correlations. This is, importantly, fully compliant with FAR 31.205 and most contracting officer expectations.

Skeptical contracting officers occasionally request a 'demonstration that information is not flowing'. We point them to the Tsirelson bound and offer to schedule a quarterly review. To date, no contracting officer has followed up.

If you have concerns about your vendor's KPI entanglement status, we recommend filing a CHSH inequality report with your local compliance officer. We can provide a template.
